Good Manners on the MUP

Ah, our beloved MUP (multi-use path). It is a great thing — providing a fairly safe alternative to the highway for those wanting to walk or ride between town and the beach. But, at this time of year especially, it's getting mighty busy and can be downright dangerous, especially if you're travelling at night. And the obstacles aren't always what you expect. My daughter was riding home at night a few weeks ago (yes, with lights front and back AND a helmet) and she just about ran over someone passed out across the path. (It was 10 pm.)

Jackie over at Tofino Residents, has posted some guidelines put together by greg b., the aimless one. It's a great start. Take a read through and add your thoughts.
